The dark days of the final stage of recovery of the real estate market in Miami were behind. The growth in sales proves this, but especially the report of 923 single-family homes sold last June in the middle segment of the market, according to statistics from the Association of Miami Real Estate Brokers.
Sales of single-family homes priced between $ 200,000 and $ 600,000 grew 9.9% in June compared to last May. The positive trend also continued for households with a price of $ 1,000,000 or more, since that segment had an increase of 7.1% at the end of June. Sales of luxury condominiums were not beaten either, rising by 8.7% in June this year.
The entire Miami real estate market continues with a rise in average prices. In Miami-Dade County, for example, the price went from $ 315,000 to $ 335,000 on average for single-family homes, while in condominiums it moved from $ 220,000 to $ 235,000 per unit.
