The developer of Missoni Baia has released new versions and amenities for the luxury condo tower planned for Edgewater.
Missoni Baia will be the first residential project for the Italian fashion house, known for its signature zig-zag designs. The CASA collection by Missoni and the color design palettes will be used by all the spaces and public facilities of the building, as shown in the representations of the newly freed facilities.
OKO Group of Vladislav Doronin is developing the 649-foot tower, and 57 floors on the 700 NE 26th Terrace. The design team also includes Asymptote Arquitecture and Arquitectura Revuelta, which will design the 146-unit building, along with Swiss garden designer Enzo Enea and the interiors by Forino Diseño, a Parisian brand.
Cervera Real Estate manages the sales and marketing of the tower, with prices that are around $ 900 per square foot. The official prices have not yet been fixed, but Cervera has scheduled to be released in the spring sale.
Residences will have anywhere from two to four bedrooms, each with private terraces overlooking Biscayne Bay and two parking spaces. Services will include a continuous flow deck with cabins, an Olympic size swimming pool, hot and cold water pools, children’s pool and tennis courts. Residents will also have access to an infinity pool on the development terrace facing the bay, a gym, saunas and spa treatment rooms.
